When you’re having trouble to concentrate and become easily confused it’s a sign you’re not drinking enough water. Our brain is three-fourths water. Without the necessary fluids, you may find that your memory and concentration become severely impaired.

2. Dehydration effects on skin

Is dry skin a sign of dehydration? Yes! Probably the most obvious warning signs of chronic dehydration are persistent dry skin, chapped lips, dry eyes and dandruff. When you’re not drinking enough water, your body can’t keep your tissues supple. Your skin is your body’s largest organ, so of course it needs to stay hydrated.
